About MyLandlordPA
Why MyLandlordPA exists: private landlords in England do most of the work themselves and deserve the same tools an agency has.
Why we built it
Most private landlords in England own one or two properties and manage them around a job and a family. The choice was a letting agent at 10% to 15% of the rent, or a spreadsheet and a folder. MyLandlordPA is the third option: a property PA that reads your documents, keeps every date, chases and books, and asks you only when the decision is yours.
What we believe
- The landlord is the king. The PA works for you. It never chooses your tenant, sets your rent, signs for you or takes a deposit deduction. It presents the evidence and you decide.
- Your money is yours. Rent and deposits go to your own bank account. We never hold or move money, and we are not a payment company.
- Information, not advice. Our guides are checked against English law and date-stamped. For a dispute or a possession case we send you to a human.
- Outsource anything, to anyone. Gas engineer, cleaner, referencing firm, even a letting agent for viewings. Add them, give them the job, see the result.
