You need a redress scheme membership for lettings and management work, and HMRC anti-money-laundering supervision for sales. The platform fee is a percentage shown on every quote, taken from what you earn, never added to the landlord's bill.

Is this trying to replace agents?
It replaces the admin, not the expertise. Landlords who want an agent for viewings, referencing or full management can add you and give you exactly that, or ask several agents to quote and pick you. Agents who want to run their book on a PA can.
What does it cost an agent?
Nothing to use. If you register as a provider and win work through the marketplace, you pay a percentage of that job, shown to the landlord on your quote. Work from your own landlords costs nothing.
Can I white-label it?
Yes. A brand gets its own domain, colours, public site, guides, pricing and members. You are the brand admin. Contact us.
Does the PA give my landlords legal advice?
No. Date-stamped information about English law, with a hand-off to a human for possession, eviction and disputes. Same rule for everyone.
