A full-management agent takes 10% to 15% of the rent plus fees: £2,000 to £3,000 a year on a £1,400 let. MyLandlordPA costs you nothing. When you hire a provider through it, they pay us a disclosed percentage; you pay them their quoted price and not a penny more.

How we make money
Providers pay us. You never do.
- 1You raise a job: viewings, referencing, photos, a gas check, a repair, deposit registration, even full management.
- 2Providers quote. Each quote shows the percentage that provider pays us if they win.
- 3You pick one, or none, or your own contact. You pay the winner directly at their quoted price.
Members who pass a job or a property to another member set any referral fee between themselves; it is shown on the post. MyLandlordPA takes no share of a sale or of rent.

Pricing questions
Free? How do you make money?
When you ask providers on MyLandlordPA to quote (a referencing firm, a photographer, a gas engineer, a letting agent) and you pick one, that provider pays us a small percentage of the job. The percentage is shown on every quote before you say yes. You pay the provider directly, at their quoted price; there is nothing on top.
Do I have to use your providers?
No. Add your own contacts and send them the job; we earn nothing and it is never slower. Providers on the platform are there because they answer quotes quickly and upload their results back into your file.
Do you take a share of the rent, or of a sale?
Never. Rent and deposits go to your own bank account. If you sell, the buyer and the price are between you and them. We are not a letting agent or an estate agent and we never hold or move money.
Is there a property limit or a paid tier?
No limit and no tier. One property or forty, the whole PA is included. If you run other people's properties as an agent, sign up the same way.
What do tenants and contractors pay?
Nothing. Their portals are free.
Will this change?
If it ever does, you will see it here first, with notice, and nothing you have already set up will be taken away.
