Property PA
A person runs your let. Not 10–15% of your rent forever.
Hire a vetted Property PA for just the jobs you tick. They take the enquiries, book the viewings, triage the repairs and keep the tenant happy, inside your own record. The AI answers first; your PA picks up what needs a person. You stay the boss.
Find, interview, hire
Three steps, and a 14-day trial.
1. Find
Tick what you want done. PAs near the property quote against your list, with their price, reply time, registrations and reviews.
2. Interview
Message each PA before you choose. Ask about weekends, keys, the trades they use.
3. Hire
Accept a quote. The agreement starts with a 14-day trial; they see only what your ticks allow, and you can change the list or end it any time.

Four things a PA can never do
They do the work. You keep control.
See your bank
They see "rent received" or "late by 6 days". Never your account, balances or statements.
Spend without your yes
Every booking, quote or order comes to you as a card. The limit starts at £0.
Sign for you
Tenancies, notices, rent changes and deposit forms stay with you.
Make your big calls
Choosing the tenant, setting the rent and starting possession are yours alone.
Price
Set by the PA you choose.
A monthly fee for the list, an hourly rate logged in 15-minute steps, or a price per task. Hourly and per-task PAs send a monthly statement for you to approve, then you pay them directly. MyLandlordPA's fee comes out of the PA's side and is shown on their quote.
Become a Property PA
Work for landlords near you.
Join the marketplace as a freelance PA, a virtual-assistant firm or an agent. You need a redress scheme membership (The Property Ombudsman or the Property Redress Scheme) for lettings and management work, and HMRC anti-money-laundering supervision for sales. You can also take Book now jobs: viewings, key handovers and inspections at the landlord's price.
How it works for providers →Property PA questions
How is a Property PA different from a letting agent?
An agent usually takes 10% to 15% of the rent for a fixed package and runs the let their way. A Property PA does only the jobs you tick, at a price they quote (monthly, hourly or per task), inside your own record. You keep the decisions, the money and the tenancy.
Who are the PAs?
Freelance property assistants, virtual-assistant firms and agents who join the MyLandlordPA marketplace. Anyone answering enquiries, booking viewings or managing for you must belong to a redress scheme; sale work also needs HMRC anti-money-laundering supervision. We check before a PA is marked verified.
Can the PA spend my money?
Not without your yes. The spending limit starts at £0, so every booking and quote they arrange comes to you as a card to approve. You can raise the limit for small jobs if you want to.
What does it cost?
The PA sets the price and you see it before you hire: a monthly fee, an hourly rate or a price per task. You pay the PA directly. MyLandlordPA takes a percentage from the PA's side, shown on their quote; it is never added to your bill.
What if it does not work out?
Every agreement starts with a 14-day trial you can end at once. After that, the notice period the PA quoted applies, and access ends on the last day.
Does a PA replace the AI?
No, they work together. The AI answers first, keeps the dates and does the paperwork; the PA picks up what needs a person, such as a viewing, a worried tenant or a contractor who will not call back.
Keep the decisions. Hand over the legwork.
Tick the jobs, compare the PAs who quote, and start with a 14-day trial. Free to join; the PA sets their own price.
