For tenants · Same rules, both sides
Know you are protected. Free, whether or not your landlord is here.
MyLandlordPA audits landlords against every legal duty. The tenant side runs the same 15 rules from your seat: what you should have been given, what it means if you were not, and the free route to put it right. Your own record, your own PA, nothing shared unless you say so.
- Protection check: deposit, certificates, written statement, rent rises, licensing, fees, repairs
- Upload what you were given; the PA reads the dates and fills in your record
- Checkers for a rent increase notice, a section 8 notice and a repair timeline
- A letter to your landlord, the council or the ombudsman, drafted for you to send
- If your landlord joins: documents served with a dated receipt, repairs that reach them at once

What it never does.
- Conduct a claim, or fill in a court or tribunal form
- Take a fee for sending you to a solicitor or a claims firm
- Tell you to stop paying rent
- Show your landlord your record, your answers or your files
- Take sides between two people who both use it
Information about the law in England, dated, not legal advice. For a notice, a threat to evict or any dispute, it points you to a person: Shelter, Citizens Advice, the council, the deposit scheme, the tribunal or the ombudsman.

Sign inTenant questions
Do I have to pay anything?
No. Everything for tenants is free, and so is the service for your landlord. Providers who win work through the platform pay a disclosed fee.
Does my landlord have to be on it?
No. Sign up on your own, add your tenancy and upload what you were given, and the protection check runs on your record. If your landlord joins later and adds your email, both sides link: the documents they serve you appear with a dated receipt.
What can my landlord see?
If you are linked: the tenancy details, the rent record, the repairs you report and the documents shared between you. Never your own record, your answers, your uploads or your chats. You can send them a plain summary of the gaps if you choose.
Am I talking to a robot?
To an assistant, yes, and it says so. It explains your tenancy and your rights, runs the checkers, drafts a letter and logs a repair. Anything that needs a person goes to a person: your landlord, the council, the deposit scheme, the tribunal, or a free adviser.
Will you help me sue my landlord?
No. MyLandlordPA gives you information about the law in England, tells you what each gap means and points you to the free route. It never conducts a claim, never fills in a court or tribunal form and never takes a fee for a legal referral.
Who do I pay rent to?
Your landlord, into their own bank account, exactly as before. The service never takes payments.
