Contractor questions
Do I need an account?
Only a sign-in by email; no password, no fees. A landlord adds you as a contact and you get the jobs they assign.
Who pays me?
The landlord, directly, as now. The service never handles payments. You upload the invoice; the landlord marks it paid.
Can I see the tenant's details?
Only what the landlord allows for the job: usually the address, access notes and the tenant's preferred times. Nothing else.
What if I am a referencing or inventory firm, not a trade?
Same portal: the job is "reference this applicant" or "check-in inventory at this address". Upload the report when done.
