Bring people. Earn when they use a provider.
MyLandlordPA is free for landlords and tenants. Providers pay us a fee when they win work through the marketplace. If you brought the customer or the provider, part of that fee is yours.

Share your link
Sign in and copy your own link from the Earn page. Send it to anyone who lets, rents or works on homes.
Step 2
They join free
They sign in with their email. Nobody pays to join and nobody buys anything.
Step 3
They use a provider
They get quotes through the marketplace, pick a provider and pay that provider directly.
Step 4
The provider pays us and you get a share
When the provider pays our fee for that work, your share is added to your balance.

The same list is shown in your portal, so the page and the portal never disagree.
- Joining is free. You never buy anything, pay a fee or hold stock to take part.
- You earn only when a provider pays the platform a fee for work they won. There is no reward for signing people up.
- Two levels and no more: the people you bring, and the people they bring.
- A reward is a share of the fee the provider paid us. It never changes what the customer pays or what the provider quotes.
- Rewards run for a set time after the person you brought joined, then stop.
- You can stop at any time. Rewards already earned stay yours.
- We never pay for introducing a buyer or a tenant to a property, and never on legal or housing advice.
The rates
What share you get.
A reward is a percentage of the fee the provider paid us, never of the price the customer paid.

Rewards run for 12 months after each person joins. The smallest payout is £50.
These are the default rates. A brand may set its own, or switch the scheme off; your Earn page always shows the rates that apply to you.

Not a job, and not an investment.
This is not a job and not an investment. There is no joining fee, nothing to buy and no stock to hold. No earnings are promised: rewards depend on real work being done by a provider and paid for. If nobody you bring uses a provider, you earn nothing.

Who can join?
Anyone with an account: landlords, tenants and providers. Your link is on the Earn page of your portal. Joining is free.
When do I get paid?
A reward is added to your balance once the provider has paid our fee for the work. When your balance reaches the smallest payout, you can ask for it from the Earn page. We pay by bank transfer, usually within 10 working days.
Is there a limit?
There is no limit on how many people you bring. There are two levels and no more: the people you bring, and the people they bring. Rewards for each person stop after a set time from the day they joined.
Do I pay tax on rewards?
Rewards may be taxable income; keep your own records. We do not give tax advice.
What happens if I stop?
You can stop at any time, simply by no longer sharing your link. Rewards already earned stay yours, and you can still ask for a payout once you reach the smallest amount.
